This is open to anyone interested in a career with us and it’s fairly straight forward. Whether there is a position advertised or not, feel free to complete it.
Once we receive your application, it will be reviewed and we may request that you complete Stage 2.
If there are no current positions available, you wont be asked to complete stage 2 however, we will acknowledge receipt of your application via reply email.
If you’ve been requested to complete Stage 2, you’ve made a great impression – well done!
At this point, it’s time to show us just how much you really want it.
Tips: Try not to spend much time thinking about your answers. Make sure all your spelling, punctuation and grammar is correct, and answer the questions openly and honestly.
You’ve completed Stage 2 and we love how you’ve responded to the questions, and we believe you may fit into our company nicely.
Making it this far will be a small feat on it’s own. Congratulations!
The next step is to arrange a interview. Yes, although the initial application process is all online, we do actually want to meet you.
We will contact you by phone to arrange an interview.
Finally, we meet face to face.
It may be at a cafe or down the park – you wont know until we call you. In any case, it probably won’t be in the studio. It may take 10 minutes, it could take an hour, so we recommend you don’t plan anything within 2 hours of the interview start time.
Tips: Come dressed as ‘yourself’. Show us your own individual style. Unless you wear a suit every single day and it’s the ‘norm’ for you, don’t come dressed in one.
Having said that, we suggest neat, casual, presentable clothing – something you feel comfortable in. Be yourself!
