It’s incredibly simple!

We’ve designed StellarPay to be as simple and as straightforward as possible. It’s not a membership or a contract of any kind – so there are no complicated terms and conditions – just a small fee per transaction.

Easy to understand and suitable for just about anyone! Cancel anytime.

Each week or fortnight on a day that suits you, we simply debit the amount you’ve requested from your nominated bank account or credit card. That amount gets added to your account as credit.

As you normally would, book your appointments and attend as scheduled. Upon completion of your appointment, we apply the credit accumulated to the total value of your appointment and/or any products you wish to purchase. If there’s a balance remaining, you simply pay the difference.

Frequent smaller payments that contribute to a larger long-term cost can often be far easier to manage than paying all at once.

StellarPay is extremely flexible, customisable and we can tailor a payment plan specific to your individual wants and needs.

We can even stop the payments automatically when a specific amount is reached.

Step 1

Decide on an amount and payment frequency

Whether it’s $10 or $50*, you need to work out an amount that fits into your budget and how often you would like to pay.

We can assist with this by providing you weekly/fortnightly amounts based on what treatments you would like to receive.

Step 2

Complete the Direct Debit Authority

Once you’ve decided on an amount and payment frequency, it’s time to fill out the paperwork – the Direct Debit Authority.

This can be done in the clinic or the comfort of your own home. It’s completely up to you.

Step 3

Direct Debit Approval

We use PayAdvantage to facilitate the Direct Debit process.

As soon as they’ve approved the request, which usually happens within a day or two, credit will start being added to your account.

Who can use StellarPay?

Anyone over the age of 18 can signup and use StellarPay.

Fees & Charges

The following fees and charges apply per transaction/debit from your nominated bank account or credit card:

  • $1.35 fee per transaction (debit) from your bank account.
  • $1.35 + 1.87% fee per transaction (debit) from your credit card.

Dishonour Fees

  • $5.50 per dishonoured transaction from a bank account
  • $5.50 + 1.87% per dishonoured transaction from a credit card.

What is a dishonoured transaction?

On a day that suits you, PayAdvantage will attempt to debit your nominated bank account or credit card on our behalf. If this is unsuccessful, you will be charged a dishonour fee.

More often than not, a dishonour will occur if there aren’t sufficient funds available. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available on the day the debit takes place and that if your account details change, you inform us immediately.

What happens if a dishonour occurs?

You will receive a notification from PayAdvantage informing you of the dishonoured transaction. It is your responsibility to correct this issue as a matter of urgency.

Another attempted debit will occur 3 days later. This is to ensure payments are kept us close as possible to your nominated schedule (weekly or fortnightly).

If another dishonour occurs, we will attempt to contact you to discuss your options. If we are unable to reach you and/or the issue isn't resolved within another 3 days, your subscription will be cancelled.


Refunds will not be given for any payments made. Any credit will remain on your account until such time that you decide to use it.

Due to the flexibility of this arrangement, it is your responsibility to notify us the moment you don’t wish payments to continue.

We will never ask why or try and convince you to stay.

Cancellation Policy

A strict Last Minute Cancellation & No-Show policy applies.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum 24 hours notice is required (as with all our appointments).

Failure to provide this notice may result in your credit being used to cover any fees and/or appointment costs.

In the event of a no-show, full payment for the appointment will be deducted from your credit. Any amounts outstanding that your credit wasn’t able to cover will be required prior to any further appointments being made.

How do I get started?

You can visit the studio in person and we complete the entire process within 5-10 minutes.

You’ll need the relevant bank account or credit card details that we can enter into the Direct Debit Authority.
