Relax and Unwind!
Take a pause from the hectic and give your body the vacation it deserves. Our massage will soothe, alleviate and melt away that everyday tension we all carry around. Put yourself in our expert hands and let time stand still.
Each massage is customisable. Although it’s based on the Swedish massage techniques, pressure can be altered to your liking and certain areas can be focused on more then others.
If you have no areas of concern and prefer something a little more relaxing, simply lay back and let your mind unwind as we massage your stresses away.
Combining your massage with a Sauna session is a great way to improve the health benefits and relaxation effects.

The benefits can be quite amazing!
As the best-known type of massage performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish Relaxation is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by applying slow, long and rhythmic strokes to the body.
But it goes beyond relaxation. It is exceptionally beneficial for easing stress and pain, loosening tight muscles, increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility, and much more.
The therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands to maximise the therapeutic effect – delivering a feeling of deep relaxation and comfort.
At this stage, we don’t currently offer Remedial. It is something we are working towards though.
At this stage, unfortunately we don’t. It is something we are looking at introducing in the near future.
